  • HeartMath® is a science-based system for building personal resilience and emotional regulation. It combines simple techniques with heart rhythm biofeedback to help you reduce stress, improve clarity, and increase coherence between your heart, mind, and emotions.


  • Coherence describes the state when your heart, brain, and nervous system work together in harmony. In this state, you feel calmer, think more clearly, and respond to challenges with greater ease and emotional stability.

  • HeartMath’s Inner Balance™ sensor and app measure Heart Rate Variability (HRV), giving you real-time feedback on your internal state. This technology helps you see and strengthen your ability to self-regulate — but it’s entirely optional. You can complete the full program without any tech.


  • Each 1:1 session is a calm, guided experience where we explore your current patterns, introduce new techniques, and integrate coherence practices into daily life. You’ll leave each session with clear steps for practice between meetings.

  • The standard Building Personal Resilience program includes four or more sessions. However, you can start with a complimentary introduction to experience the techniques and decide what level of commitment feels right for you.

  • No. HeartMath® coaching is an educational and self-regulation training program, not a clinical treatment. It can complement therapy or counselling but is not designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.


  • For troubleshooting or app-related questions, visit HeartMath Tech Support — or let me know during your session, and I’ll guide you through setup and basics.
